Now that I completely agree with. Any outdoor activity (biking, running, rock climbing) are things I do while I'm off-cycle like now. The rest of the summer for me will be focused on cardio endurance (inner fitness), which means more circuit training, cross-fit, MMA, biking, running, yoga, etc.
