Although Sust has slow esters, it also contains the Prop ester. This is why most people will suggest to inject Sust EOD at least, same as straight Prop.

If you'd rather not inject that often, switching to Test E or test C would be in order.

Yea i rather not inject that often id rather poke twice a week so ill probably switch to Test e.
