I believe there is 6g of sugar per serving (1/2 cup) of fat free cottage cheese. This is why I never consume more than 1/2 cup before bed. Try this out: 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1 scoop ON Casein choc, 3/4 cup of water, 1-2 tbl sp of natural peanut butter, couple ice cubes, and a few sprinkles of cinnamon. Blend it all together and you have an awesome before bed shake that actually taste damn good!
