my next jab in sunday, should i inject back into my right which is fine now and see how that reacts, i think if its the same ill have to change sites... which i REALLY dont want to do.

How many cc's did you shoot into the muscle. Also how slow or fast did you go during the injection. If its virgin muscle its gonna be sensitive.

If ur complaining that bad and it really hurts enough to make this thread, id say cut it bro! I know the virgin muscle pain and sounds like u just have straight painful gear out the gate. Cut it with .25 or .5ml of ur sterile oil of choice, ethyl oleate, cotton seed or grape seed oils. Eo is really thin but some people are allergic to it. Problem is that you wont know if your allergic or not unless you try it out. Just make sure whatever it one you choose that it's sterile hg quality.
