I've been busting ass in the gym and eating a good clean diet, I lost 3.5lbs last week and then get on the scale today to discover I gained 4lbs in less than 24hrs...WTF??

I never touch the scale, it messes with my head... I honestly couldn't tell you how much I weigh right now. Since I don't compete and I body build for the look I want, the scale is my enemy
