    Body mass index calculator

Sorry mods im not sure if this is the best place to post this but seemed the most appropriate. I found an online bmi calculator and got this result "You have a BMI of 24.68. This BMI puts you under the body classification of "Average" according to the CDC " What exactly does 24.68 mean? Can i find out my bf% from this #?

BMI is the worst indicator there is for bodyfat percentage. It shows me as Obese.

Hydrostatic, Calipers (9 point) or Bod Pod. In that order would be my advise.

well i have had the calipers done before which is good, if the person knows what they are doing.
Also had these things um placed on certain parts of my body, almost like when you go hospital and they attach these round things with wire attach to them to check your heart and so on.

and third where you stand on scale and you put in weight, age and so on.
which i think is the worst one.

but if you can hydrostatic way is the best way./

makod search up something in aus called dexa if im not wrong its the best way to get body fat done its the hydro procedure.

its located in bondi from what i hear.
