^^^^ ditto..... If you're at 12% bf you're not far off from being cut unless you're looking for bodybuilder "Ripped"
I definately wouldn't mess with HGH right now..... 2-4iu's/day wont cut the mustard for muscle building and it would be a total waste to pay that much money to help yourself lose fat.....
