i've read up on this and to me it sounds more like a beginners workout/powerlifter type workout
you concentrate mainly on core excersizes and do them more often

IMHO if you're into bodybuilding and not just getting into shape, you can't work certain muslces the way they need to be worked in order to get better proportions
read up on that and i think you'll agree
but: i haven't tried it
