i just want to look as cut and lean as possible. and i'm sry about the body fat but i've just never been asked or even have thought about that. i know it sounds crazy but i guess in the beggining i wasn't as concerned as i am now with looking lean. i always took lifting serious but it just seems like i got to a certain point and got stuck there no matter how hard i work and how much i diet. it seems to me like no matter how much i change my routines or how much i increase or decrease the amount of weight and reps in my workout it just makes no difference.

    i usually do
    Mon - Chest + Triceps
    Tue - Back + Biceps
    Wed - Shoulders + Traps + Legs
    Thu - Start over
    Sun - Rest

But i have done different routines in the past as well such as 3 times a week and other routines i have come across

    How about cardio?
And IMO although im not a BB'er per say (some might disagree) id take Thurs OFF and maybe even Fri depending on diet and cycle situation, then start over.

If you're working out and nothing is happening its 100% diet IMO whether you want to believe that or not its the truth. You can lose weight with proper diet and get more lean without even hitting weights. No im not telling you to do that just sayin..
