at 30mg/day there wont be any noticable sides and your only running it for 4 weeks.
the thing with spreading it out,say over 3 doses, you start with a 10mg blood level,then that breaks down to 5mg,then take another does and now your at 15mg,then 7.5 then you take another dose and your at 17.5 then 8.75...etc so the highest amount for any given time is 17.5mg in your blood system.
start with 30mg,your now higher then any dose splitting it,breaks down to 15mg,now your at where you were for the second dose when splitting it,then it breaks down to 7.5,this is where you were before your 3rd dose then 3.75 and time for another dose so now you are at 33.75 mg
so ou basically wind down your levels in the evening when you will be sleeping ,you wont notice a thing
this has been debated over the 23yrs Ive been involved in this and I have done it both ways many times and found I get the most bang for the buck with 1 early morning dose,jacks your blood levels right up...again,your dose and duration arent gonna produce any noticeable bad sides. you will get the protien sparring effects and shoudnt have to deal with any bloat if you keep your diet clean
So if we're going with averages then it's about 50/50. HAHA
I'm thinking the benfit of running D-Bol is getting almost immediate results which is fantastic but I'm not sure I'm crazy about some of the sides like increased fat and water retention.
