Egg whites.......7 Everyday for breakfast....help

I've always noticed the liquid whites are much more.
I spend maybe 1-2 minutes cracking my 10 eggs.
I may try Lana's as well, but not right now

I crack 2 whole eggs then dip and dab 8 just for the egg white.
