bf%you also have quite a range of carbs there from 250-400? if your cutting calories should be about the same every day working out or not. If your trying to keep muscle i would recomend either a keto diet or carb cycling. I carbed cycle at your weight started at 220 high days and 110 low days. pro at 300g, 50 from egg whites, 50 from one shake (PWO), 150 from chx, 50from lean fish on high days, on low days it was 50 egg whites, 50 shake, 100 chx, 50 lean red mean, 50 fatty fish, carbs was all oatmeal, with ocasional yam or brown rice.
