    muscle glycogen is full.. unless you are running 6x week as described..

    and how do you increase your protein intake up 1000 cals?? that's a heck of a lot of food..

    since the body can only process 40-60g per session

    what type of protein are you thinking of??

    hey spy, i gotta contend this... milos states that you can take in more.. iv had other reputable sources state what your saying here..

    the issue falls with pro bb's who eat 80g per serving..

    i personaly eat close to 80 per serving myself...

    any articles on the matter?? id love to get deeper into it..
