I have a solid meal plan from vince del monte. I just want it now ive been training natrually for a while and not gaining alot because of circumstances. I just want to look good for next summer and if I dont use drugs I wont be able to get there. Because I allready scrued up my body these past two months just being on plain life tilt.

Now im so far behind I just dont feel like training at the beginning again. I will take to god damn long.
