another question i had and just remembered. should nolva be taken DURING the cycle as well to prevent water retention or only after the cycle? And if after how long after last injection? (I've heard one week, two weeks, and 3 weeks so i got confused)

some people use nolva during cycle, personally i think that an AI like aromasin or arimidex is better for water retention control

how long you start pct depends on what estered steroids you are using, longer esters take longer to clear
