i say stick with diet and training, or use clen or t3 with a light anabolic IF u meet the cycling requirments (age, training, experience etc) to drop in the low bf%
if uve got a high bf, diet and training will mel the fat off u
fat loss is meant to be a healthy thing, using DNP isnt healthy, its a poision, using a poision(DNP) to loose weight is like gettin high off paint, both will give u the outcome u want,
but what are the long term effects?
