he said size and strength and that 10 rep max worked well for getting my 18 inch guns and going for 19 thats good for my height. works for me.
I gain well move up weight fairly fast using 10 max , lately ive been thinking about 12 or so to maybe stimulate them longer and see what happens and to change things up!
