The phenyl prop ester has almost the exact same half life as regular prop. It should not be shot less than eod. Dont feel like looking up the charts but just trust me on this one guys. I have been in the argument that you could do it every 3.5 days and LOST.

Argument or not, real world facts beat out crap on paper anyday! I know many peeps first hand who have done npp cycles multiple times. Theyve tried it eod for 10 weeks and twice a week like u would deca for 10 weeks. Guess what, they got the same exact results and no difference in side effects bro. But we have to follow what the manual says on paper right? Fu$k that, try it eod and e3d and tell me what difference u see, i bet none!

I know guys that shoot there long esters once a week and get great results with low sides but I still choose to shoot mine twice a week for more even blood levels.
