    2nd cycle help please!! need experienced help

    23 years old. 180lbs 9%bf. FIrst cycle = sus250 600mgs per week. for 10 weeks. pct was nolva laxogenin tribulis clomid.
    I want to bulk about 10 more lbs. but main goal is to fet to 7%bf at 195 lbs. i was thinking deca and sus250 or tren and sus250. Should i do sus again? i really liked it and got no sides at all(other than small nuts). any suggestions?

    I love how people keep thinking that by adding different compounds this will inturn effect how much you will gain or lose.

    How about running another test cycle with a good clean diet, that in itself will help you gain 10lbs, your training and cardio will also help reduce body fat...

    First of all, how tall are you?

    Ok, if you ask me, I'd go with Test E/C instead of sust. your blood levels will be more stable.

    You could do something like
    Test E 1-14 500mg/week
    Deca 1-12 500mg/weeks

    PCT
    Clomid 16-20 100/100/50/50
    Nolva 16-20 40/40/20/20

    Do NOT run Tren bro, hold off until you have more cycles under your belt.

    Tren is very strong and not a beginner steroid for one, and for two, after running tren there's no other compound to compare it to. So I'd suggest you make as much gains as you can off of other compounds and diet, and then once you think you want something stronger, tren will bring you newfound gains.

    ^^ IMO you should run Deca at least 12 weeks to get it's full benefits as it has a very long ester(decanoate) and needs more time to kick in.

    Yeah I'm curious too.

    I mean, if he;s like 5'7" and 180 lbs good for him, but if he stand at 6' and 180lbs then his diet definitely needs work.

    So OP, what's your height.
