Whats the big difference with foods over shakes...any studies showing the difference? If, you have a fast metabolism, just how can you eat 1000 calories in one sitting! I've typically seen that smaller guys have smaller appetites than obviously the fatter ones, I'm imagining its hormonal, but if I got to force feed I will, but whats the evidence that it will make a significant difference?

The difference is digestion time! Also, you receive a LOT more nutrients from REAL FVCKING FOOD. Man... it's kinda like common sense bro. To be honest, if you were eating 6-7kcal a day from REAL FOOD you would be getting fat, or not be able to actually eat that much.

Not knocking you, but head over to the diet section... get a propper diet in order THEN cycle. Not saying you shouldn't cycle... just do it right.

You'd be surprised at the amount of phytonutrients and other benefitial properties real foods contain, that your body screams for on a daily basis, especially when you're training hard, or have exogeonous hormones in your body.

You work a sports nutrition shop, that's great. I worked at a health food store, and worked beside MDs... overall health is better than just plain jamming useless calories into your body. Understand FOOD and then you'll be GTG is all I am sayin.

Do you eat veggies, EFAs? Those are two of the most important aspects of a high protein diet. Also you're eating TOO MUCH protein for your size. A lot may be going to waste, and if you're worried about wasting $$, this is the first thing I'd address if I were you. GL and head on over to the diet section for some help.
