yup instead of eating small meals I eat 6 large ones.

Read a article by Layne Norton how it shows this is actually better than the smaller meals, you wait longer b/w meals (3-4hours) and have a BCAA drink instead of listening to all that your body only absorbs 35grams of protein at a time crap

Chad Nichols applies this to his clients, Ronnie Coleman, Victor Martinez etc so I guess it may work those guys are kinda big
