I plan on getting into competitions in 2010 - so my main goal is to bulk up as much as possible, getting much bigger size in specifically my lats, chest, traps, hams, and calves. My minimum goal that I'd like to achieve from this cycle is a weight at 205 after PCT. I'm planning to stay at the same BF%, which should be easily obtainable - my diet has been clean for last 6 months with minimal, but healthy fats included.
