wateva split u like, its wateva floats ur boat lol, ive got a a 6 day split atm and its working amazing and great for me, just depends on what ur comfortable with and what u c gives u results
Thanks, yeah I've been there before with that overtrain and its not fun. I feel that like you stated just breakdown the muscle so thats what I try to do in my workouts. But yeah I'm going think about it and main thing is to get everything in effectively each week and I actually like the Push/Pull thing on the same day that Chest and Bi felt good so I figure whole arm is almost getting trained and major muscle group
