    I drink my eggs in the morning along with 1 cup oats, 2 scoops peanut butter and one scoop protein powder. That should be good enough to get you till your next break.

    thanks man. so you eat the eggs raw do you blend them alltogetha do you.

    and as for the job i work on a furniture production line where we are being watched all day by supervisors. strictley no eating on the shop floor

    sorry forgot to ask do you add milk or anything to this as its sounds like that would be to thick to me. and if so can you prepare the night before and refrigarate
