    Amen... I love training on a cycle the intensity is 20x more then off cycle and as stated you recover so much quicker....

    keep in mind proper diet, sleep is very important. Not only about the training.

    Yes sleep definitely, I always lack when it comes to that area, and I know I would have better gains if I was getting 7-9 hours sleep, but getting up at 3am I would have to be in bed by 7pm and that will never happen! But by far the best thing to me about being on is NEVER being sore-its the best!

    Yeah true.. that sucks. Im up at 6.. 8 hours would be 10.. and thats still early for me. i try to get in bed by 1030-11.. so like 7 hours of sleep.
