    Bulk

    When bulking it's suggested 4-6 reps per set right? My question is do you do more/less/same amount of sets as you would when normally training?

    ie. I normally train bi's and tri's on the same day. Bi's i do 9 sets of 8-10 reps, Tri's 9 sets of 8-10 reps.

    When bulking would i still do 9 sets for each but only 4-6 reps per set. Or am i able to bump up the number of sets i do?

    imo, - 8-10 reps. i like to stick with 10, with last set being heaviest. 8 reps cause i cant do 10

    6-10 reps per set, keep the rest between sets between 90secs-120secs . . keep it fast and work on form and moving the weight properly but with an explosion

    At least 6 reps for optimal muscle growth.
    Generally if i do 3 excercises/bodypart, i do one with 6-8 reps, one with 8-10, the last with 10-12.
