What causes the back pump? Is there anyway to prevent it?
No such thing for me On DBOL.. only happens to me on DROL and WINNY...
But then again EVERYONE is different...
Someone once told me it's kidney related, I don't believe it, but it could be true I guess, but it amuses me to see idiots at the gym BRAGGIN' about being on Drol or something, then grab two 45lb plates and proceed to go do Back Extensions.. then I see them for the next week, HUNCHED Over Holding their backs !! Hahaha idiots.. they are EVERYWHERE!!
im not a dr. but i believe that my 'back pumps' or as i would call it lower back pain like its the muscle or somethiing, but it couldn't be because i didn't train my lower back recently. IS actually kidney pains.
i had them while i was taking 1 pill a day of M1T's and continued to have the discomfort like a month or 2 after taking them.
i agree everyone is different, all my friend took like 2 or 3 a day and were fine, but not me.
I believe that the said discomfort, is due to your body using up and retainig most of the water, that you drink and causing kidney pains. I bet the next time you have them if you drink an entire bottle of pedialite and a little more water, they will go away. Prove me wrong.
Drinking a gallon + of water per day also
The muscle channels surrounding the spine fill up with water causing the back pumps. Milk thistle ed will solve this for you.
Oops damn thing posted twice, mods please remove.
Supplements that offset back pumps: Taurine, Calcium (Tums), Potassium, Mg, and drinking plenty of water.
I have used milk thislte for it..and it really did not help...or I would of hated to see what they would have been like without it....lol (So dont really know about that)
drink plenty of water...and also I tried to drink cranberry juice for the kidneys
I know most people may not agree with this...but I thought it helped....try it it may help you...
I also used 1000mg of taurine with 500 milk thislte a day
Thanks for all the feedback, i'll try the milk thistle first. And see where to go from there.
