Its hard to say which one will be better for you when you havent used any, guess the only way to find out is to try them both and record the results. Looking at your stack i dont think you need either to be honest, using to many compounds isnt the right way forward in my eyes when dieting, its more of using or adding compounds when you have hit a sticking point, personally id save clen for PCT and just go with the t3 for the moment.
