    Pull Ups - body weight + 82.5lbs x 6, BW+55xF, BW+37.5xF
    2 Arm DB Rows - 100lbsx6, 90x6, 80x8
    Seated Calves - 4plates+45x6, 4p+20xF, 4pxF

    Ive improved just a hair...but I ate 3600 calories yesterday on my rest day.
