    This will be my last one for the next few years, its time to take it slow. Also for the winnie Im getting rid of it as I will cut down naturaly at the end of the cycle.. I have now found what I need for the PCT, will be in the house in the next 3 days.
    Also for diet, ive got that planned now, Im aiming for 1000kcal over maintenance, is that to low/high if Im trying to do a clean bulk ? I dont want to gain more fat on the cycle as Im already 12% now.. Test should help me cut alittle when doing my cardio.
    How much cardio are you guys doing on a bulk, 3 times * 45min a week was my plan but is 6 times overdoing it ?

    I'd definitely wait till well after pct to start cutting. Gain what you can on your cycle, run your pct, try to hold on to your gains.....then cut.

    what's your pct look like?

    1000cals over maintenance might be overkill. It would for me at least. I'd start with 300-500 over, and see how your body responds.

    I like to keep cardio up even when "bulking". 30-40min 3x's a week sounds like a good starting point, though. Too many factors to say what exactly will be right for you.

    D7M thanks for your replay.. Yes 1000cal is problably a overkill, going to lower it to 300-500, better to see how I respond and add more if I need to.

    As for PCT I read Pheedno's PCT post here in the forum. When asking around here arimidex is not used here at all, I can get clomid and nolva but Ive been told that clomid will not do much for me in this cycle and I should only take nolva for a month.. Would be nice to get some comments on that if they are just full of sh**..

    Aizen Sosuke how much more will it benifit me taking sustanon for 10-12 weeks instead of 8weeks, isnt that overdoing it for me age/training wise and sides would problably be hell ?
    I was planning to shot 1ml every 4 days which will come out to 440mg/week or should I bump it to every 3.5days and do 500mg/week? Will it make such diffrence?

    It's possible to recover with only nolva for pct, but I'd still recommend throwing clomid in as well.

    It'd be a better idea to run the sust 10-12 weeks to take advantage of the longer esters in the sust mix.

    Every other day would be ideal, but you can get away with every 3.5 days. Definetly do clomid and nolvadex. HCG would be a plus IMO it makes for a fster recovery and try to get an AI. You'd see better gains if you go the distance 10-12 weeks.
