bro ive never called in sick a day in my life........what is getting my goat is that thaere are 4 peeps that do the same job as me but get paid 250$ more than me to do the same job and there 50 mils closer to where im being sent yet thay are not being asked to go........when thay hired me i had 6 yrs experience and thay still pay me lthe same as a new hire......ive done everything thay have asked and more and ill still do this even though im pissed because its the rite thing to do but come the **** on......im sick of these other guys getting preferential treatment.....you can bet your ass im calling human resorses today.......im supposed to be on vacation damit......i only get 2 a year while everone else gets 4-6........i feel i have a right to be angry......

Don't be scared to ask for more money, or more vacation time if you feel you are worth it.

You sound like you are a good employee, so it's okay to ask for more.

I always start people off at a LOWER income than they request. I tell them, if they are worth more, I'm happy to pay them more.

You have experience in the field, your reliable, dependable and performing, a lot of times you won't get things, unless you ask for them first.

thanx man, you are right ive asked for raises in thes 3 years and thay have givin me them but at this point if im continualy being asked to do the same job as these so called "experts" then i should be given the title and raise to go with it........ive asked 3 times for this promotion and have been denied each time not because of my skill level but that its not in the company budget........thats bs the ceo gets millions a year bonuses even if we dont make our bussness plan goals.....wtf?
