I ve not found a diet that suits me i eat 4 times a day mainly all high protein foods tuna chicken eggs i also eat a lot of pasta beans and cornbeef and have 2 whey protein shakes a day my average intake is about 200g of protein a day , whould you advise me to stick to a strict diet as i dont want to loose what i gain during pct.
Also you recommended i stay on 4 10 weeks not 12 would you also recommend i half my dose and inject twice a week instead of 2cc weekly.
