too much risk, it'll be difficult to get the proper nutrition and training you need.
on top of that, you're only 21. Way too young, imo, to be messing with your hormones.
I'd say keep reading and researching as much as you can.
there's really no such thing as a "bulker" or "cutting" steroid, per se.
Many compounds can be used either way, based on the individuals diet and cardio.
