I agree ^^^^. But to answer your question, I took 40mg a day for 4 weeks and I didn't get any sides. I gained about 12 pounds in those 4 weeks. I was on test as well during cycle. Again I didn't notice anything negative, but its still a good idea to always have your pct on hand just in case.

Would 30 mg/day be a solid starting doseage?
yeah go 4 that and see how u react, ive went as high as 50mg but usually settle with 40mg as didnt see much diff

Sorry didnt see your stats. Dude just eat big and train hard. At 21 you really don't need juice. I made that mistake and regret it today. It got me really aggressive and at that age i was so immature that i thought i was superman and getting into fights every other day. My advice, wait another year or two. i know it sucks when you got it sitting there but hey you're gonna do what you want at the end of the day anyways. At that age you think you take a couple shots and you're gonna look like arnold in a couple weeks. LOL atleast I did. Don't underestimate the power of a dieteing. You can take a boatload of juice and if you don't eat right, you wont gain anything but water. Go to the diet section and get yourself the primer bulking diet. Adjust it here and there, and train with alot of weight and compound movements. You should be fine and put on some lean mass. GOOD LUCk!
It's good stuff, but you should train without gear. Try sticking to power movements and make sure you're deadlifting often. You will gain muscle mass by eating right and taking creatine.
Best dbol hands down. The legit Terapia stuff blew my boy up 40lbs. Granted he looked like the state puff marshmallow man for a while (major moon face), but boy did he have size and strength.
