Yo everyone, been gone for a few days damn home pc is messed up and they recently blocked anything containing "muscle" at work so i dont browse around, but i found a way around it haha. Anyways training has been going good, i hit chest and legs so far this week and hit them good, actually went lighter but fuller reps. Did my 10th injection today in the glute because i'm about tired of these damn shoulder complications. Now i did notice something, I got some last night kinda out of the blue not in my schedule (yes me and the mrs have a schedule because we are both so busy lol) Well it happened when I would usually go get my prebedtime meal which is usually a shake or 2 peanut butter sandwiches. So i didnt take that last meal and this morning I woke up after that intense night of cardio and i looked smaller well really flat like a pancake no pump but i was actually 2lbs heavier....hm this was odd i thought but seriously i looked smaller but scale said differently.

today i feel small, i think it was from reading md all day yesterday after a while you compare yourself to those guys and you realize you arent as big as you thought lol. Felt good so i'm just kinda eating more so i will feel bigger tommorow. Probably going to relax over the weekend as usual and prepare for next week.

Day 37
Thank goodness I got my pc fixed now can get on in the mornings. They put another damn block at work so now all I do is sit around and read MD. I've been feeling good lately, had alittle mishap the yesterday with my injection. I started my second bottle and was trying to pull it and it was thick as hell and wouldn't come down the syringe. I did as I was suggested and started pulling with a 21g and pinning with a 23g and the shit wouldnt come in the syringe, so i put it in some warm water for like 5-6 mins and it made a world of difference lol. Its odd cus the first one I had was more watery and thin and this one is thicker but same company made them so I wonder why that is. I hope to gain some more weight kinda at a stand still but this is the start of week 6 so I hope I will start growing again. I have gotten stronger on bench for sure I actually only bench every other week alternate between dumbells, and for the first time since my injury I put up 225 for 3 reps on my own...if I had a spot might have been able to push out 5. But my day is coming soon. Thanks for everyone keeping me motivated and giving me your honest opinions

Today I feel lazy as hell but I will be training today. I increased my calories due to the fact I'm at a weight halt(uped to 4500ish). I'm still lifting heavy and strength is going up slowly. I'm gonna stay off the scale till the 28th and see how my weight changes. Thats a good 2 weeks for me to go crazy lol.

today was my 12th injection, hit that glute. I'm getting use to my new found size hoping for more tho i think the ai could be blocking some of my gains so starting next week i will be cutting my dose to eod and stop being paranoid. If i see sides then i will kick it back up but if all is good will keep consistent throughout rest of cycle.

Today i'm feeling sluggish but its because I got home late last night. Don't really have much to address in regards to my cycle I just want to grow....ugh...its frustrating but good part is strength is going up.

Day 43
Today I have my 13th injection, shoulders are looking nice and are really responding to my training, still managing to impress my family saw them again first time in 2 weeks and brother goes "your even bigger" so i guess i'm getting there. Cutting back on my AI this week to EOD and see how gains and sides come this is the start of week 7 so hopefully cutting back will help my gains. I was actually thinking if i cut back this week and all is good for gains and no sides maybe I should cut out AI for rest of cycle unless needed? (Any thoughts or suggestions on this?)
Training: Chest *training with someone today so I dont know what they want to do.
i personaly think u should cut out the AI IF u can handle the sides
remember if u cut the AI ull get alot more water retention, im getting it atm and its making my face looky moon shape, or puffy which is weird coz i have a very lean looking face naturaly
id drop it personaly, just becuase u want the most gains possible, and if ur willing to go on gear, then u should be willing to except some of the sides mentally
apart from the water retention, i dont c any others except GYNO, but safe to say if u drop the AI and get sensitive nipples u can always just take a nolvadex and get back on the AI is needed, if u dont get sensitive nipples, then just continue on without AI

Day 44
Today will be my official drop the AI day lol. I took it on Sunday and going to see how my body responds not having it this whole week, if all is well then I will continue it till next week and so on. I hope if I stop reducing my estrogen that I will gain somemore still at a stand still for the most part the weight fluxuation has pretty much stopped , so I'm guessing what I have gained so far is solid. Calorie intake is higher, training real hard still so we will see what happens.

How much have you gained so far? As far as weight, size, and bodyfat?
Weight: gained 9lbs total was up to 11 but i guess it wasnt solid but 9 solid lbs. Havent weighed myself since week 6 so I will this monday wanted to give myself a 2 week gap so I wouldnt obsess. Inches are on previous page but will be taking them again on Monday as well. Bodyfat took it last Thursday and it says 7% with caliber. I know I'm holding water cus I look smooth but I got good vascularity.
Day 45
Nothing as far as sides just a few more bumps on my back but nothing major. Still eating heavy, actually had a bad day Monday as far as eating goes and I think its showing today. Not as full as yesterday or ripped. I feel good still so thats a plus and actually I think libido is really kicking up also.

Abductor and Adductor: 4 sets *superset so more like 8
*No hams today will hit them saturday with calfs and squating next week also since I've been doing Abduc and Adduc it really helps my squat alot and has brought out my sweep some more.
What exercises are you performing for the abductor and adductor muscles? Has it helped you with your squat? If so in what form? I'll be waiting those measurements.
I use the Hip Abduc and Hip Adduc, I use to put my women clients on them until I realized how effective it actually is. Its allowed better range of motion with squats and I'm able to do more weight in the hole than before so doing this I do Aduc and Abduc one week and Squat the next. So far since I've been doing that my legs have been responding to them and squat has gone from 315 in the hole for 8 reps to 365 in hole for 8 reps, and i'm sure I could **** with 405 in the hole but I did that before and pinched a nerve so I dont go that heavy my legs still respond to around 3plates ish.
Day 46
did a injection today in shoulder, surprisingly no blood or stiffness in shoulder. Up about 2-3lbs i just couldnt help myself and stay off the scale but we will see what i look like monday. So far sides are minimal noticing alittle acne here and there but doesnt bother me.

48hrs is enough for your shoulders to recover for chest day especially on test.

u hit the front delt with 8 sets? and 2 days later hit the chest, my feeling is ur chest workouts going to be sluggish, atleast any incline part of it anyways

Tru, I just said forget it and didnt hit them. I'd rather have a good chest workout than a sluggish one and yeah i do tend to emphasize more on front delts due to fact that i hit rears on back day usually

Overall IMO my stats from 2 weeks ago suck as far as measurements especially weight, I dropped AI due to I felt it was hindering my gains. But overall I've gained roughly 15lbs and probably 10lbs solid since start, so hopefully it will continue to go up, my training feels great and I definately can't complain about that. So currently in the start of week 8 and I hope nothing but good the next 4 weeks hoping for a gain of 10lbs within next 4-6 weeks before I start PCT. So far I have come to the conclusions:
1) Do not start out with AI taking ED first mistake (shouldnt kill estrogen off back like that)
2) I only used 400mg of Test E and I ran it solo so I guess my gains aren't super bad so next time will use 500mg and a kickstart
3) Definately need a kickstart
4)Dont pull with a 23g (asking for a mess)
5) Get bloodwork done to see how much test I produce normally, I always figured it wasnt high because I dont walk around horny all day but I guess its more of my personality...I'm not a perv for starters lol
6) Monitor BP before I start so far on cycle its been low like 112/78 which is good.
*any suggestions please put. Also I will probably later this thread in weeks to come talk about second cycle probably going to be run next spring like Aprilish.

Yesterday training was great, hit my chest real good and same with Bi's. I'm really trying not to feel that this cycle was a waste because I did put on some good solid size, but I guess I was just expecting some more and not to peak out so early. But i'm trying to stay positive and use this as a learning experience, because I did expand my knowledge through trial and error and the great information the people on this forum have helped me with.

how are you feeling during your workouts since you started? Are you getting insane pumps when you lift?
just so everyone knows, I started the same cycle at the same time (but with 500mg) and my results have been almost identical to his, although my waist has gotten a little wider and im not as lean. i increased my calories way too much (by 1100-1200)
My workouts feel great pump is ridiculous especially for shoulders, arms is pretty good feel too, but even before cycle I always had good pumps during my workout. My recovery is insane tho except when I deadlift it takes me out for a whole day like I really don't feel like training the next day.
You've mad good progress man but, look we are pretty lean naturally and we only ran test e I'm sure with a real bulk cycle we would put on more size and strength, although I got about 10-15 good solid lbs my current weight is 188-191 (fluxuates) but i'm sure 180-185 of it is solid (so I like to look at it as my true weight). Any idea if your bodyfat went down, mine did but i do look smoother water wise but as soon as I flex everything cuts into place did loose my striations for the most part tho.
Dont get too caught up with weight numbers liftw8t. IMO all those kickstart orals are a waste of money and time. I would take 10lbs of solid muscle over 20lbs of water retention like some of the cycles I've seen lately.
right right, very true in the end thats what we all want is muscle and you do save yourself time cutting really hard and sacrificing some muscle, but yeah I shouldnt be caught up in the numbers and really my look has changed so that I'm glad about. I just want to keep as much as I can during and post pct thats my main concern, and if I had some water weight or bodyfat to cushion loss I would feel better.
Day 57 (end of week 8 start of week 9...almost to the end.)
I can't say I havent enjoyed the strength and endurance this cycle has brought I have seen a great jump in my workouts and hope to keep them like this if not heavier post cycle. I'm considering after cycle taking somemore than needed time off to gain naturally because I feel my body might still respond to food and training, main focus is solidifying my gains and making sure its all me and not just juiced up. I know I shouldnt expect to keep everything but a vast majority of it I hope too. As soon as PCT hit i'm back on supplements as well, creatine, no, zma, all that stuff and still going to eat and train heavy. I hope these last few weeks does something amazing to my body and I continue to grow.
