stopping cycle after 3 shots?

test only cycle 500mg a week for 10 weeks. Can u quit after only 3 shots 250mg. each? Just started 10 days ago. Would u need to do a pct from this? And would it be the full normal pct for that cycle? Also if your gear was fake and u did pct, could it be harmful? Im not sure how serious 3 shots of 250mg test is, thats why im asking, thanks..............
