Yeah, those guys throw around 40 times like nothing. I'm big on high school recruiting, and when Washington signed him the fastest he had run was about 4.65-4.7, which is still plenty fast. I doubt he shed four tenths of a second off his time.

This sounds a lot more logical. Like you said tho that's still pretty fast. Especially for his size.
