Well you will get results from winny no matter what, its a question if you will be able to physically notice them. Just like Mast, you should be single digit bf. I like to use winny no matter my BF because of the strength gains it gives me. I know the heavier I lift the more muscle Im building. So with all that said, at your bf I would run the winny at week 5-6 to reap the rewards when your other compounds are peaked.
