I guess you didn't read my above post where I stated, I meant no disrespect. So no one was bagging on how you eat. Take it easy. All I was saying is I know lots of clean eaters (bber types) who eat much more than that.
And yes most powerlifters eat like shit. I don't necessarily eat like shit, but I don't eat nearly as clean as you. My typical breakfast is 2 cups oatmeal with honey and butter (yes butter) and milk. 6-8 whole eggs and 4-6 egg whites, smoked sausage or steak, and 12-16oz of milk. Sometimes a couple of biscuits.
