    Thanks, but it's not where I want it yet.. It's getting there though!!

    I'm trying to get that muscle underneath my 6 pack to get shredded.. I have a tiny bit of fat there..

    Weighed myself today.. 184lbs! Losing fat/water weight but keeping all my muscle, actually I'm getting stronger!

    I'm going to keep this diet, it's really working well for me.
