anyone on how it effects u? performance,cardio,body comp..etc.?
when i do cardio after a night of drink beer i find i have more initial energy (after drink alot of water to help the dehydration) and then im usually back to normal...
hard liquers, im miserable lol
but i have found that workin out the next day helps alot in recovery and such...
When i feel like a drink i pour myself a glass of winny.
