If your cholesterol level is not too far over all you need to do is eat oats every day. Have a bowl of porridge oats every morning. That is the only adjustment to your diet that you will need. That should lower your readings by around 20%.
1/2 cup oats
1 cup milk or water (personal preference)
bring to the boil
add raisins, add protein powder, add what you want.
Makes a good and easy to make breakfast that will fill you and put lots of carbs into you!
