First off I was hoping to find a link or a post of exercize names with pictures so I can not be such a noob when you say try doing such and such.
I have been on TRT for almost a year now and I have been going to the YMCA now for the past 2 or 3 months just following the pictures on the machines or by imitating what others are doing. I have come a long ways now lost about 25 lbs and not near the slob I was before all of this.
But as of late though I been having issues with my hands being the week link. The machine says I am working my back for instance but I end having issues holding the dang bar more than my back giving out for instance.
I was wondering if there is a way to increase my grip to help it catch up with the other muscles or perhaps a way to still work out those muscles hard in a way my hands don't wear out before they do.
