I feel 6 weeks is short for Var, a lot get their best gains from 5 to 8 weeks. Did you stop because of the spots?
Also, no need to ramp up on var....

i was told between 6 and 8 week so stuck to 6 never had a job at the time money was tight. the spots were 1 reason for stopping plus got a bit mre aggresive and when i got a job couldnt keep up wi my usaul routine. will defo be taking them again nw ave got the money and will make time for the gym plus am a roofer so all day am lifting and moving about. was pleased with the resuilt i got streght wise. before i stated working out i was 12 st 8 pound nw after 7 months i am down to 10st 13 pound looking and feeling beter for it.
