As far as the economy goes the private sector needs to fix it not the government. As far as the health care crisis??? What the hell are you talking about? We have the best health care in the world.... if the government steps in it will make it WORSE... Yes, some people don't have health care but they still get treated. Why can't we set up payment plans for people that get medical care and can't pay for it? Most of these people have nice cars, TV's, etc. They CAN afford it they just CHOOSE not to have it. In Obamas bill it is in there that it is ILLEGAL if you do not have healthcare and you can face JAIL TIME... Are you F-ing kidding me? Health care is a choice and a benefit not a given right.

What Climate Crisis are you talking about? Show me 1 scientific study that backs this up. Oh, there aren't any??? HMMMMM Sounds like another socialist agenda. They push this climite issue B.S. because it gives them MORE power. They want all cars to get better fuel economy which is going to cost us an extra $1500 per car. Doesn't make sense. If you want better fuel economy then buy a car that gets it. If you want to buy a muscle car that gets 10mpg then that is YOUR choice.

Believe what you want, but the Government takes a HUGE INTEREST in anything you do and has done for a long time now. You could argue that it was the Private Sector that caused the economic crisis in the first place, the fact the Government is trying to rectify the problem could almost be seen as good. Im not saying it is, im for smaller government involvement but recklessness that caused the economic crisis CANNOT be allowed to occur again.
As for Healthcare, I don't know what to say about that. Im from the UK, we have universal healthcare here and it's never been a problem. You can still get private healthcare as well. The fact is some people in America are for it, just because you aren't doesn't mean you're right.
And im not going to elaborate too much on Climate. The planet IS getting hotter, that's mostly due to a natural cycle then Carbon Emissions, and im more concerned on how we are going to tackly the consequences of climate change. It's all bullshit you say? How come China, the biggest polluter, pledged to cut emissions at Copenhagen last month? Oh I guess everyone is wrong and America is right huh? Im sorry, we have just one planet, we cant afford to run the risk of seeing "what might happen".

Maybe Joe Biden is a moron, but the Dems were clever enough to keep him out the spotlight. There was nothing but scandal and idiocy surrounding Palin. The Media dictates a huge amount of how things are run, if the Republicans were dumb enough to unleash her to the Media then too bad for them.

The U.S. has the highest cancer survival rate in the entire world... We have the best doctors, technology etc. Why do we have this? Because these experts PROFIT from their hard work. Now, when the government takes out the ability for these people to make a lot of money, they won't go into the profession. Not only will dr. be told how much they can charge but will pay more in taxes as well. This will KILL the medical industry here. Plus, if you go ahead and add 40 million new members to the system without increasing doctors etc. then everything will be rationed. You say it's bad because I don't want it yet only 40% of Americans want this terrible system. The government screws everything up. Look at the Post Office, RMV, Social Security etc etc.

As for Global warming China is going to change anything. They own manufacturing in the world right now and aren't going to jeopardise that. Their labor is cheap and their regulations are cheap so their cost to produce is LOW. They will not comply with the world polutions. The U.S. can't be the only country trying to save the world. The U.S. sells Hummer to China because of the low emissions yet the Chinese will be driving these vehicles so how does this help.

As far as Palin and Biden goes, the media is the one with the bias and they were so threatened by Palin that the crucified her. Now Obama wants to back out of Iraq and Iran which will make us weak to the rest of the world.

You don't even live in the U.S. so looking in from the outside you can say all that you want because it won't impact you. However, I love my country and although it is not perfect it is more productive than any socialist country out there. The reason is there is personal growth when we create something which is what made this country so great. If I put my hard work in I can make a living for myself and provide my family with a ton of luxuries.

Actually the reason is because of how much money the government invests, you know that big bad "socialistic entity" you think is trying to toy with Healthcare. The US invests about 14% of gdp into the health system with Canada having the second highest survival rate. And im not telling you or trying to impose on you what I think is best for your country.

And what do you mean China wont adhere to anything? They ratified their targets at Coppenhagen last month. And just what is America saving the world from? Im sick of hearing how the US and the UK is saving the world from something. Both countries do what they want if they think there's a quick buck or agenda to be made out of it.

It seems to me, that right now, China is in all the right places at all the right times.

This has got way off topic though. The point is, I do agree with Nicotine that wanting Obama to fail is wanting your country to fail. People want Brown to fail here, I don't. I want the economy fixed, I want unemployment fixed, people are dellusional if they think Cameron is going to be the next saviour like Obama, yet if Cameron gets in, which is very likely, i wont want him to fail. Pulling out of Iraq and Afghanistan now would be very, very bad even though we had no business being there in the first place. And going near Iran shouldn't even be considered, but im sure something will happen involving Israel and Iran, and Iran will either be vapourised or occupied.

the illegal part i believe is they receive emergency care. Which is it the same as it is now. They cant turn a life threatening condition away. They will not have insurance though.

I understand your analogy about the car. But feel there is a difference. If i broke my leg and wanted to get insurance after then have it fixed they your analogy makes sense. My diabetes is under control. I see a dr every 9 months for a check up that's it. Hell if i had a dwi i could get car insurance. I can understand me having to pay some kind of premium but to be denied by EVERY company is BS. Yes i had it before. They have to take you if it is through an employer they don't have to if you are purchasing it on your own

Obama compared the Govenment plan to UPS and the US Post Office joking that the post office is almost bankrupt and not run properly. Do you really want someone in the government making a medical decision for you? I know that I don't.

Things need to change with the health insurance industry but the government option isn't the solution. What will happen when the government takes over is if their plan isn't working they won't just let it die. They will keep pumping money into it and over regulating the private sector forcing the competition out. Is this best for us? NOPE...

No i dont want some bureaucrat deciding if i live or die. But i dont want some insurance claims manger either. As it is now to get a surgery or expensive test or prescriptions you need pre authorisation. What do you think that is? Some one at the insurance company deciding if its cost effective to spend the money on you. Its the exact same thing.

all the seniors seem to freak if they think they are going to loose or have some change in medicare so apparently they are doing something correct with that.
