*meaningless side story...there was this kid in a class of mine that was OVER confident. I remember thinking he was an asshole. Come end of semester, we have to do a presentation. Everyone else got up and did their thing; some nervous, some not, but even the nervous ones weren't that bad.

This kid gets up and starts shuddering and blushing and shaking voice, etc. etc. Def illustrates bojangles point...the ones that press it on you are the insecure ones. Its all an act.

The SAME EXACT thing happened last semester in my critical discourse class (speech). This short skinny good looking rich kid, who never shut his fvckn mouth and was always flirting with the girls.. on his FIRST presentation almost had a nervous break down.
So bad that I actually felt really bad for him, (cause I use to get like that years ago myself) and I actually started to like the kid a bit realizing he was just human and what not.

So meanwhile I'm a bit more reserved, and def do not come off like this kid at all. Go give my first speech, feel totally great (especially after this kid lol) COMPLETELY still and relaxed. After my speech I sat down and we had like a 15 min discussion about what I spoke about, very casual and cool. NOTHING like this kid at all.

But whats funny is 2 days later he comes back to class being the same arrogant fvck he usually is. I'd honestly admit this kid had A LOT of potential to bang the shit out of any girl he wanted, but he forgot theres an essential balance to everything in life.
Good guys don't get girls any more then bad guys do.
Confident guys dont get girls any more then unconfident guys.

Everything in life is about maintaining a balance. And believe it or not that balance is what becomes your PRESENCE. People can feel it and it draws them in, not trying to win them over like your gods gift to women..
