Post up this diet, with calories (P/C/F), and the times at which you eat the meals. By the way, if you are looking to GET CUT you are a long way from 8.4% Those machines are garbage! Post up a photo so we can guess your BF%, we are pretty good at it.
Also, if you have been on the same diet for 2 solid months, you have been on that diet for waaay to long. As you drop weight you need to adjust the calories accordingly.
No matter how much kals you take. If you're not eating enough your body will use pro as fuel.if im getting enough grams of protein from all dif. sources, what importance is the calories if im trying to lose weight?
sorry id ont know what p/c/f is, and im getting my body fat tested on monday at the gym
