I always heard and saw negative opinions and views about mayo in general...
It was my favorite thing before.. I used to finish a can of Hellman's in a week (like 3 tablespoons a day lol).. it's very easy for the body to store it as fat is what I heard...
I started to diet couple months ago and now mayo its just a bad memory for me... use mustard instead ? and tuna tastes pretty awesome !!!
