    You look freakish, very nice work so far!
    Shoulders and bis are definitely strong points, good luck getting them legs up to par (I have the same fckin problem...)
    How much can you bench and squat?

    Thanks Monster!! I bench 370x3 I haven't really done my 1RM....I think I can get at least 410-420lbs......As for squats I have squated 405 x 6.....I have not really pushed it past that weight.....Feels like my damn knees are going to break in half!!!!!! My leg routine looks like this....I worked legs today and this is what I did:

    Squats: 135 x 12, 225 x 10, 315 x 8 down to 225 x 10, 225 x 8
    Hack Squats: 290 x 12, 380 x 8, 470 x 6 down to 290 x 10
    Leg Press (Wide stance): 200 x 15, 400 x 12, 600 x 10 down to 200 x 15
    Leg Press (Narrow Stance heels touching) 200 x 15, 200 x 12, 200 x 17 (Failure)
    Leg Extensions: 70 x 20 x 3 sets
    Reverse Extensions: 90 x 15 x 3 sets
    Walking Lunges: 70 x about 50 feet x 2 sets

    That is what I did today for legs and I ****ing threw up after I left the gym.....It was great....People walking by and I'm puking my ****ing guts out!!!!! I ****ING LOVED IT!!!!!!

    GOTTA LIFT THOSE ****ING WEIGHTS!!!!!
