    Peanut butter chicken!

    Anyone else love this stuff. It's in a lot of Chinese buffets in the south. It's just boneless chicken breast soaking in melted peanut butter. I can't find it anywhere in the Midwest and have been craving it like crazy lately.

    Mate i love that shit!!!! when i was in Ibiza i lived on that stuff.........i cant get it were i live.....in my area there is a dish on the menu called the same BUT is fuken horible more like gravy!!!

    I always think if I could just start a buffet up here in the Midwest with foods I grew up on in the south I would be filthy rich, but I get some wierd looks sometimes when talking about foods like peanut butter chicken so who knows.

    There is a buffet in West Michigan that has peanut butter chicken. Stuff is great, but kinda rich. I can't eat that much of it.

    I buy an asian peanut sause mix w/h coconut milk, add just a little to chicken,rice whatever,,,Good!!!!!
